1707 began in a school garden where seven friends, all turning 17 that year, dreamed of creating something meaningful. Someone suggested the name: 1707. Seven of us, seventeen years old. It was simple, and it stuck. What started as a simple conversation about starting a clothing brand has grown into a movement built on brotherhood, prayer, and a shared passion to make Jesus known.

In the beginning, we were just designing clothes we thought looked cool, chasing trends like any other brand. But as we grew in our faith, we realised we couldn't keep God separate from what we were building. We made the decision to transition 1707 into a Christian streetwear brand, not just a rebrand, but a complete surrender of our talents and creativity to God's purpose.

Our mission is to spread the gospel to lost souls and show the world that Jesus is all the world needs, not only through what we wear but through how we live. Every design we create is guided by prayer and the word of God.

We believe clothing can be more than fashion, It can be a bold declaration of faith. But more than that, we're committed to living out the gospel in everything we do: treating people with love and using our platform to point others to Jesus.
